Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in: 12:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available (subject to availability & additional charges).
2. What is included in the room tariff?
Room tariff covers accommodation only.
Government taxes, meals, and extra services are not included and will be billed separately.
3. Do I need to pay a deposit or full advance?
A 100% advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received within the stipulated time.
4. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Free cancellation is allowed up to 25 days before arrival.
Cancellations after that will incur a charge equal to 90% of the room rate.
Rates under promotional offers may be non-refundable.
5. What IDs are accepted at check-in?
You must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driver’s License, etc.) at check-in.
6. How many guests are allowed per room?
Standard occupancy is 2 persons per room.
Extra persons (above 2) will incur additional charges.
Child policy:Children under 4 years stay free (without extra bed)
Children 5–12 years charged extra
Above 12 years considered adults
7. Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Yes — upon request and subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit & debit cards, digital payments, and cash.
Personal cheques are not accepted.
9. Are visitors allowed in my room?
Visitors are allowed between 09:00 AM and 07:00 PM in guest rooms (with registration).
They may roam freely in public areas at all times.
Any extension beyond visitor hours requires prior approval and may incur a charge.
10. What is your smoking, alcohol, and gambling policy?
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
Alcohol consumption is permitted in authorized zones only (restaurant, bar, or in-room).
Gambling, illicit behavior, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on premises.
11. Do you have event / banquet facilities?
Yes — many JMC properties offer banquet halls, meeting rooms, and open lawns, supporting events from small meetings to large weddings (50 – 2,000 guests depending on property).
12. Do you provide parking and vehicle assistance?
Yes — complimentary parking is available to in-house guests.
Taxi service, pick-up/drop, and driver rest areas are also offered at selected properties.
13. What about safety and security?
All hotels have 24×7 security, CCTV surveillance, electronic safes, and fire safety systems.
The hotel is not liable for lost or unattended personal items — please use the in-room safe.
14. Do you allow pets?
Pets are generally not allowed unless the property specifically permits it. Please check with the hotel in advance.
15. What COVID-19 / safety measures are in place?
Enhanced sanitization of rooms and common areas
Contactless check-in / check-out where possible
Use of masks, gloves, and safety gear by staff
Social distancing in restaurants, lobbies, and event halls
Health checks / temperature screening as per government guidelines
