Policies

  • Room tariff is for accommodation only and excludes government taxes.
  • Meals and additional services are charged separately.
  • Guests must complete the registration form upon arrival.
  • Bills must be settled upon presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.
  • A 100% advance payment or deposit is required at check-in.

  • If a guest defaults in payment, management reserves the right to retain and sell guest property to recover dues.
  • Guests must present valid ID proof (Passport, Aadhaar, etc.) at check-in as required by law.
  • Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
  • Extension is subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Failure to vacate on time may result in removal of belongings by management.
  • Available subject to space and at guest’s own risk.
  • Storage beyond 30 days is not permitted.
  • Guests should lock rooms; the hotel is not responsible for loss or damage.
  • Safety lockers are available at the Front Office.
  • Pets are not allowed in rooms unless special arrangements are made.
  • Guests are prohibited from storing or bringing hazardous, illegal, or combustible goods.
  • Guests will be charged for any damage caused to hotel property by themselves or their visitors.
  • Guests must maintain proper conduct.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for disorderly behavior.
  • Hotel premises remain under the sole possession of management.
  • Visitors allowed from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM in rooms and public areas at all times.
  • Visitors must register with photo ID at reception.
  • Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
  • Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas.
  • Alcohol, gambling, prostitution, weapons, or drugs are strictly forbidden on premises.

  • Free cancellation up to 25 days before arrival; after that, 90% of the room rate applies.
  • Advance booking accepted up to one month with full prepayment.
  • Certain promotional or sale rates are non-refundable.
  • If the booked room is unavailable, alternate accommodation will be provided.

  • Standard occupancy: 2 persons per room; additional guests charged extra.
  • Group bookings (4+ rooms) must follow group cancellation policies.
  • Early check-out is charged for the full confirmed duration.
  • Reservation changes are subject to room availability.
  • Children below 4 years: Stay free with parents.
  • Advance booking accepted up to one month with full prepayment.
  • 5–12 years: Extra charge applicable.
  • 12 years & above: Counted as adults for billing.

House Rules

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charge.
  • Valid government ID required for all guests.
  • Guests must respect others’ comfort and privacy.
  • Loud music or disturbances are not permitted.
  • Visitors must leave guest rooms by 10:00 PM.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Alcohol consumption is limited to permitted zones (restaurant, bar, or in-room service).
  • Outside food or drinks are not allowed in rooms or public spaces.
  • Enjoy freshly prepared meals at JMC Kitchens restaurants and rooftop lounges.
  • Always lock doors and windows when leaving.
  • The hotel is monitored 24x7 with CCTV and fire alarms.
  • Use the in-room safe for valuables; management is not responsible for unattended items.
  • Complimentary guest parking available.
  • The hotel is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of items in vehicles.
  • Daily housekeeping: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Help us stay green: reuse towels where possible.
  • Damage to linens or fixtures may incur charges.
  • Not permitted unless approved by management.
  • All dues must be cleared before check-out.
  • Acceptable payment modes: cash, major credit/debit cards, and UPI.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests violating rules.
  • In emergencies, guests may be asked to vacate without refund.

Cancellation & Non-Refundable Policy For JMC Catering Services

1.To maintain our service quality and commitment to excellence, we have a clear and transparent cancellation policy:

2. Advance Payment: A confirmed booking requires an advance payment, which is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Event Cancellation:

1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may be rescheduled (subject to availability).

2.Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in 100% forfeiture of the advance payment.

3. Force Majeure: In the case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), bookings may be adjusted or credited at JMC’s discretion.

4.Menu & Guest Changes: Any modifications to menu or guest count must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the event date.
